The standard warranty period for residential AUX air conditioning units is of 5 (five) years on parts and labor.

The warranty card is valid from the purchasing date and the legal voucher is required (ex. invoice, retail receipt).

In order to keep your warranty card valid after the 2 first years, preventive maintenance of the unit at least once per year is required.

After your purchase you can apply for a warranty extension by submitting the form below.

After you submit your application, it will be audited by our company and you will be contacted by our officials to guide you with fulfilment of your payment.

Once your payment is received you will get confirmation of your extended warranty.
